Software Development Manager – Oracle Health EDGE

About the role

Oracle Health is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead the Global EDGE Development team in Casablanca. The role combines people leadership, technical judgment and delivery ownership to build secure, reliable healthcare technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop software engineers, managing performance and career growth.
• Set technical direction and delivery priorities for the EDGE & Internal Development team.
• Guide design, development, testing, deployment and support of APEX‑based applications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Partner with product, consulting, architecture, security and operations stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Establish engineering practices for code review, automated testing, observability, performance, resiliency and release readiness.
• Promote responsible use of AI‑assisted development tools while maintaining security and quality standards.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including leadership of software engineers.
• Strong background in application development, databases and cloud‑based delivery, preferably with Oracle APEX, Oracle SQL and OCI.
• Proven ability to work with distributed teams and diverse stakeholders, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience delivering secure, compliant solutions in regulated healthcare environments.
