Software Engineer – DevOps (Casablanca)

About the role

The Professional, DevOps Engineering designs, implements and supports development and operational processes within a defined framework. Working independently in Casablanca, the role focuses on automating workflows, improving software delivery and ensuring platform reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using approved automation and deployment tools.
• Support operational and delivery requirements analysis and clarify technical needs with development teams.
• Implement automation changes, perform testing and validation of deployment processes.
• Follow established DevOps practices, infrastructure standards and operational procedures.
• Maintain and update technical documentation related to deployment, automation and operational processes.
• Troubleshoot delivery, infrastructure and application issues and propose practical solutions.
• Check systems, pipelines and operational processes and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency and reliability.

Required profile

• Experience in DevOps, software engineering, platform engineering or related technical roles.
• Practical knowledge of source control systems, automation tools and scripting languages.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and software delivery practices.
• Familiarity with infrastructure, cloud services and operational support processes.
• Ability to work independently within established frameworks and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical contacts.
