Software Engineer – DevOps (Hybrid, Casablanca)

About the role

The Professional, DevOps Engineering role at Forterro focuses on designing, implementing and supporting development and operational processes within a defined framework. Working independently, you will automate workflows, improve software delivery and help maintain platform reliability while collaborating closely with development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using approved automation and deployment tools.
• Support operational and delivery requirements analysis, clarifying technical needs with the team.
• Implement automation changes, test and validate deployment processes.
• Maintain technical documentation related to deployment, automation and operational processes.
• Troubleshoot delivery, infrastructure and application issues and propose solutions.

Required profile

• Experience in DevOps, software engineering or platform engineering roles.
• Practical knowledge of source‑control systems, automation tools and scripting languages.
• Ability to work independently within established frameworks and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical contacts.
• Fluent French language skills.
• Education in software engineering, computer science or a related field.
