Software Engineer – .NET Development

About the role

We are looking for a .NET Software Engineer to join Forterro’s Software Engineering team. You will design, develop and optimise desktop and mobile applications that support our strategic goals, working closely with product, UX and QA teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into well‑structured, maintainable code for desktop (WinForms) and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications and design solutions.
• Write efficient C# code, perform unit testing, debugging and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications and system architecture.
• Work with product managers, UX designers and QA to ensure delivered software meets requirements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with technology trends and propose improvements to the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering high‑quality software solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
