Software Team Leader – Embedded Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Software Team Leader to develop and deliver low‑level software for automotive embedded systems at our Rabat Technopolis R&D Center. You will guide a team of firmware engineers, ensure high‑quality code, and meet customer requirements on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define, document and analyse new software requirements.
• Design, implement and review embedded C components following coding standards.
• Perform static analysis, unit, integration and system testing.
• Maintain software baselines using Subversion and Azure DevOps.
• Support third‑party and open‑source software assessments.
• Participate in architecture, product definition and RFQ/RFI processes.
• Conduct software safety and dependent failure analyses when applicable.
• Mentor and support other firmware engineers.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field.
• Strong knowledge of embedded C programming and coding rules.
• Proficiency in software and hardware debugging.
• Structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with global engineering teams.
• Fluency in English.
