Role Overview
The Solution Architect will be responsible for the overall technical vision and execution of complex banking solutions. This includes:
- Solution Architecture Design: Crafting end‑to‑end architectures that align with business objectives.
- Technical Direction: Leading technical teams and setting engineering standards.
- Architecture Optimization: Continuously improving system performance and scalability.
- Scaled Modeling & Walkthroughs: Developing large‑scale models and conducting design reviews.
- Backlog Grooming & Feature Prioritization: Managing the backlog to ensure timely delivery of high‑value features.
- Impact & Regulatory Analysis: Assessing business impact and ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the design and delivery of banking solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Drive architecture governance and maintain architectural artifacts.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Mentor junior architects and promote best practices.
Required Experience & Skills
• 10+ years in solution architecture or related roles.
• Deep knowledge of banking and financial services.
• Proven experience with commercial lending, leasing, and equipment finance.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with legacy transformation and agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with relevant cloud certifications.
Working Environment
Hybrid work model (HB) based in Salé and Rabat, Morocco. Permanent contract (CDI).
