Solutions Engineer (French‑Speaking, Remote – Morocco)

About the role

Talkpush is looking for a French‑speaking Solutions Engineer to support its AI‑first recruitment platform for customers in Morocco and other Francophone markets. The position is fully remote and focuses on configuring the product, optimizing AI interview agents, and ensuring a smooth technical experience for recruitment teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own a queue of customer tickets and configuration requests, delivering timely solutions.
• Configure Autoflows, integrations, and bot interactions to match client requirements.
• Audit existing setups and optimise performance, response quality and user adoption.
• Troubleshoot end‑to‑end issues, resolving them with minimal escalation.
• Conduct weekly technical check‑ins with recruitment managers and team leaders in French‑speaking markets.
• Help build a local Talkpush community by organising monthly in‑person meet‑ups in North Africa.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Passion for solving complex technical problems and improving candidate experiences.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with an international team.

Required skills

• Experience configuring SaaS platforms and integrations.
• Knowledge of AI‑driven recruitment tools and chatbot workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
