Sourcing & International Logistics Assistant

About the role

We are one of Africa’s leading platforms for buying and selling used vehicles. As part of the development of Trade24, our sourcing and international trade business, we are looking for a Sourcing & International Logistics Assistant to join our international team in Casablanca. Reporting to the Trade24 Manager, you will help identify suppliers, develop international business relationships and monitor import and export operations.

Key responsibilities

• Research, identify and register new international suppliers.
• Send requests for quotations and follow up on supplier responses.
• Compare offers and update tracking tools.
• Monitor import and export operations from order placement to delivery.
• Verify and centralize documents related to international operations.
• Coordinate communication with suppliers, carriers and freight forwarders.
• Report delays, discrepancies and any potential issues.

Required profile

• Education or experience in international logistics, international trade, purchasing or supply chain.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, responsiveness and rigor.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Previous experience in sourcing, purchasing or international logistics is a plus.
