Key responsibilities

• Delight guests by responding promptly and professionally to enquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide beauty services such as massages, body treatments, facials, manicures, and pedicures in line with the spa menu and quality standards.
• Maintain spotless treatment areas, tools, and equipment, ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations.
• Monitor and manage inventory of products and tools, guaranteeing adequate stock and proper storage.
• Stay current on industry trends and skincare techniques to enhance service quality.
• Support daily spa operations and assist with general duties as needed.
• Accurately complete required documentation for services, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
