About the role

COBCO is seeking an Import‑Export Specialist to manage international trade documentation and logistics from its Jorf Lasfar office. The role ensures smooth movement of goods that support the company’s global battery materials supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, audit and submit import/export documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and certificates of origin.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations to avoid delays or penalties.
• Track cargo status in real‑time and coordinate with logistics, customs, warehouses and transport companies.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to align documentation requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Customs, International Trade, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in an import‑export role.
• English used daily in an international environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of shipping, international freight and customs regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and other office automation tools.
