About the role

We are expanding our call‑center team in Morocco and are looking for bilingual Customer Service and Sales Specialists who can communicate fluently in English and French. The role involves handling customer interactions via chat and phone, resolving issues, recommending products and ensuring complete satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships through chat and telephone, providing timely and courteous assistance.
• Identify customer needs, suggest appropriate products or services and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and meet performance targets.
• Work in a fast‑paced computer environment while maintaining strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
• Strong enthusiasm for helping people and a proven ability to promote and sell products.
• Problem‑solving mindset with technical aptitude and punctuality.
• Ability to work rotating evening/night shifts and respect scheduled work hours.
