Speech Analyst – French Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Speech Analyst to join our Analytics & Insight team in Rabat. You will use speech analytics tools and contact‑center data to uncover actionable insights that drive operational excellence and improve business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of speech‑analytics managed services and configure the CallMiner platform.
• Analyze speech and interaction data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Prepare and present insightful reports and dashboards to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with the BI & Reporting team to enhance visualisations using Power BI.
• Partner with operations, data‑science, and engineering teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a speech analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CallMiner Analyst module.
• Hands‑on experience with CallMiner Coach module.
• Intermediate proficiency in Power BI for data visualisation.
