Sr. Supervisor, Formulation Development

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals, a pharma company active for over 45 years with 29 manufacturing plants and 9 R&D centres, is looking for a Senior Supervisor, Formulation Development in Casablanca, Morocco. The role leads technology transfer and scale-up, manages development projects and leads a team of formulation professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technology transfer activities from R&D to manufacturing.
• Oversee process optimization and scale-up activities.
• Plan and manage development projects, including timelines, resources and budgets.
• Work closely with R&D, PMO, Quality Assurance, Production, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of formulation development professionals.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or industrial development.
• Experience in technology transfer, process scale-up and cross-functional project management.
• Fluent in English and French.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Good communication, analytical and leadership skills.
