Stage – Chargé(e) de Recrutement

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in the Human Resources department of a leading Moroccan retail group. You will support the full recruitment cycle, gaining exposure to sourcing, screening, and candidate management.

Key responsibilities

• Write and publish job advertisements across multiple channels.
• Search and identify candidates in CV databases and professional networks.
• Screen and pre‑select CVs.
• Conduct telephone pre‑qualification interviews.
• Organise and follow up on interview schedules.
• Update the candidate database.
• Track applications and produce recruitment reports.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bac+5 program in Human Resources, Management, or Business Administration.
• Strong interest in recruitment and HR functions.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Analytical mindset, organised and rigorous.
• Dynamic, autonomous and team‑oriented.
• First experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
