About the role
This pre‑employment internship is designed for candidates who enjoy speaking with people and want a valuable first‑hand experience in a fast‑paced call‑center environment. You will join the Flash Web team in Ait Melloul and work on outbound phone activities.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephone prospecting to generate new leads.
- Qualify customer needs and gather relevant information.
- Schedule commercial appointments for the sales team.
- Perform follow‑up activities and update the CRM system.
Required profile
- Excellent oral expression in French.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and motivated by challenges.
- Strong teamwork spirit and high motivation.
