Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire en recrutement pour renforcer notre équipe à Casablanca. Vous participerez activement aux processus de sourcing, de sélection et de suivi des candidatures, tout en développant vos compétences en gestion du talent.

Missions principales

Sourcing et recherche de candidats
Tri et présélection des CV
Préqualifications téléphoniques
Organisation et suivi des entretiens
Suivi des candidatures
Participation aux différents projets et activités de recrutement

Profil recherché

Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines, Management ou domaine similaire
Dynamique, rigoureux(se) et organisé(e)
Bon relationnel et bonnes capacités de communication
Forte motivation pour évoluer dans le domaine du recrutement
Disponible à partir de septembre
