About the role
Join the Information Systems team of LabelVie, a leading Moroccan retailer, as an Application Support & Functional Testing Intern. You will contribute to the company’s digital transformation by assisting in the rollout and validation of new business applications.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in functional testing (recette fonctionnelle) of newly developed applications.
- Support the launch and production deployment of new solutions.
- Track, document, and report anomalies to the appropriate technical teams.
- Assist end‑users during deployment phases and provide first‑level support.
Required profile
- Student enrolled in a Bac+3 to Bac+5 program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Basic understanding of application testing processes and user support.
- Analytical mindset, rigor, and strong organizational abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
