Storage Engineer

About the role

Arrow Global Components (AGC) is expanding its IT & Infrastructure team in Casablanca and is looking for a Storage Engineer. You will ensure the reliability, performance, and security of enterprise storage solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SAN, NAS, and cloud storage environments.
• Monitor performance, conduct capacity planning, and guarantee data integrity.
• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Troubleshoot storage issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with network engineers, DBAs, and other IT teams.
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to storage and data‑protection infrastructure.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience managing storage systems or data‑protection infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise storage platforms such as Dell PowerMax, NetApp, HPE, Rubrik, or Veritas NetBackup.
• Strong knowledge of storage protocols (Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS) and performance optimization.
• Understanding of network and cloud storage architectures.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
