Store Manager – Casablanca

About the role

The Store Manager leads the daily operations of a Tesla retail location in Casablanca, reporting to the country Sales Leader. You will drive sales performance, coach a team of Sales Advisors, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with store leadership to execute business vision, targets and strategies.
• Coach, train and develop Sales Advisors, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Lead sales, delivery and personnel activities in coordination with Sales and Delivery leadership.
• Analyse performance data, track progress and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain operational oversight, translate business needs into floor actions, and continuously seek improvements.
• Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Handle customer escalations promptly, ensuring best‑in‑class service.
• Uphold brand standards, facility maintenance and expense control.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience with a bias toward developing people.
• Hands‑on approach to store operations and customer interaction.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actions.
• Independent yet collaborative, able to work closely with sales and delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
