About the role
The Store Manager leads the store team to deliver professional product demonstrations, high‑quality customer service and strong sales performance while upholding the Xiaomi brand image.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with product knowledge and service demonstrations.
- Understand customer needs and deliver high‑quality service to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain store appearance, displays and cleanliness to reflect the Xiaomi brand.
- Implement promotional activities and new product launch policies.
- Manage store orders, sales reporting and inventory control.
Required profile
- Ability to work under pressure, enthusiastic, empathetic and service‑oriented.
- Retail experience in clothing, FMCG or mobile phone brands preferred.
- Fluent communication skills in English and French.
