About the role

The Store Manager will lead daily operations of a Xiaomi retail outlet, ensuring customers receive expert product demonstrations and high‑quality service. This role combines sales performance with brand stewardship in a fast‑paced environment. The manager will also coordinate staff to guarantee consistent customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional product and service demonstrations, leveraging deep product knowledge to showcase features and benefits.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored service to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain the store’s visual standards, including displays, signage, and cleanliness, to reflect the Xiaomi brand image.
• Execute promotional activities and implement new‑product launch policies as directed.
• Oversee store orders, monitor sales performance, and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.

Required profile

• Ability to work under pressure with enthusiasm, empathy, and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Retail experience preferred in clothing, fast‑moving consumer goods, or mobile‑phone brands.
• Fluent communication in both English and French.
