Store Supervisor

About the role

The Store Supervisor leads the sales floor at TUMI Bicester Village, ensuring a premium customer experience and achieving sales targets. You will operate the store independently during non‑peak periods and support the team in delivering the TUMI Selling Ceremony.

Key responsibilities

• Drive daily sales performance, meet or exceed SPH, monthly and quarterly goals.
• Coach and train associates on TUMI Difference, Elite Moments and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage store opening/closing, cash handling, inventory replenishment and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Build and maintain client relationships using the Proximity clienteling app and capture customer data at each transaction.
• Communicate merchandise trends, best sellers and operational issues to the Store Manager.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure, motivate a team and maintain high attendance.
• Flexibility to cover various shifts and handle non‑peak store operations.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift luggage up to 15 kg.
