Store Visual Merchandiser

About the role

DeFacto is looking for a Store Visual Merchandiser to support store operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role focuses on maintaining store presentation standards, implementing visual merchandising guidelines, and assisting with store openings and seasonal campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
• Arrange and replenish merchandise according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure products are correctly folded, hung, sized, tagged, and displayed.
• Verify price tags and product information are accurate and properly placed.
• Monitor product availability and replenish missing sizes, colors, and models from the warehouse.
• Support preparation and execution of new store openings and seasonal campaigns.
• Set up promotional displays, marketing materials, and visual communication according to company standards.
• Keep windows, sales areas, fitting rooms, passages, and stockroom areas organized.
• Check visual merchandising equipment, fixtures, and promotional materials and report any issues.
• Participate in special events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, tagging, folding, organizing, and returning merchandise.
• Support inventory preparation and participate in inventory activities.
• Coordinate with store management to correct visual merchandising or product presentation issues.
• Assist customers by providing product information and helping them locate suitable products.

Required profile

• High school, academy, or university education.
• Previous experience in the retail field.
• Preferably English language skills.
• Strong customer and market orientation.
• Ability to manage relationships and processes effectively.
• Self‑management skills with a focus on achieving results.
• Openness to innovation and a respectful, reliable attitude.
• No restrictions to travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office software.
