Stores & Inventory Supervisor

About the role

The Stores & Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the storage and control of aircraft parts, tools and equipment, ensuring that all components are available when needed to maintain the airworthiness of Air Arabia’s fleet and third‑party aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily stores and inventory activities in line with Air Arabia policies, focusing on safety, efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Support the Head of Maintenance in developing policies, procedures and systems for store operations.
• Maintain inspection records, monitor shelf life, tool calibration and environmental conditions (temperature, humidity) for technical stores.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance stakeholders to guarantee timely availability of resources for planned and un‑planned work.
• Monitor stock levels of high‑turnover items (e.g., wheels, batteries, oils, fluids) and ensure they meet agreed thresholds.
• Lead the stores team, allocate tasks and track performance against operational targets.
• Oversee service level agreements with manufacturers, vendors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with KPIs.
• Assist during audits, implement corrective actions per DAC regulations, and help set the annual budget for stores and inventory operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing stores and inventory control for aircraft parts or similar technical assets.
• Familiarity with aviation regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
• Ability to lead a team, coordinate with cross‑functional departments and manage supplier relationships.
