Strategy & Operations Manager

About the role

Holafly is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to act as the strategic right‑hand to the Head of Operations. The role combines operational oversight with strategic execution, ensuring leadership alignment and smooth company‑wide execution across more than 800 employees in 60 geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, own and run the leadership operating cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly and All‑Hands), including agendas, pre‑reads and follow‑through.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, preparing materials, synthesising insights and driving actionable follow‑ups.
• Maintain the weekly operating rhythm: performance reviews, KPI and OKR tracking, variance analysis and strategic escalations.
• Transform scattered inputs into concise, decision‑ready material for the Head of Operations and the executive committee.
• Record decisions and commitments, chase them to closure and raise the bar on executive‑level follow‑through.
• Provide a clear, company‑wide view of priorities, timelines and progress to leadership.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment, break down silos and ensure all teams work toward shared objectives.
• Map, standardise and scale core processes, frameworks and playbooks, and continuously hunt down friction, bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

Required profile

• Strong strategic mindset with a hands‑on operational approach.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills to manage complex rhythms and stakeholder expectations.
• Proven ability to synthesise data, insights and decisions into clear, actionable outputs.
• Experience coordinating large, distributed teams and aligning them around common goals.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
