Strength Training Coach

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Strength Training Coach to join Smart Fit in Beni Mellal. The coach will deliver safe, effective, and motivating strength‑training sessions to individual members and small groups, helping them achieve their fitness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members, conduct fitness assessments and set personalized training objectives.
• Design and lead progressive strength‑training programs for one‑on‑one and small‑group sessions.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, monitor form and adjust workouts to minimise injury risk.
• Track member progress, provide feedback and adapt programs as needed.
• Motivate members, share educational tips on exercise, recovery and nutrition.
• Support sales of training packages by clearly explaining services and building professional relationships.
• Maintain a clean, organized and inclusive training environment in collaboration with the gym team.

Required profile

• Solid background in Strength & Conditioning and strength‑training program design.
• Hands‑on experience in personal training and small‑group coaching.
• Knowledge of Exercise Physiology and ability to apply safe training principles.
• Relevant fitness certification (or willingness to obtain one within a defined timeframe).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in French and/or Arabic, basic English is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in an on‑site gym environment.
