Student Advisor – Fitness Training Programs

About the role

FITacademy.ma is looking for a motivated Advisor to help current and prospective students choose the right fitness training programs. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring a smooth enrollment experience and supporting learners throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Guide students in selecting courses that match their professional goals.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person, providing personalized advice.
• Facilitate the enrollment process and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Collaborate with the team to organize and promote training sessions and workshops.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with learners and internal staff.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in advisory or guidance roles, preferably in education, training, or fitness.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to address student concerns effectively.
• Proficiency in French; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive, goal‑oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred.
