Study Abroad Counsellor (Europe - Public Universities)

About the role

A Study Abroad Counsellor / Senior Counsellor is needed to advise students and parents on study opportunities in Germany, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain and Poland, with a focus on public universities. The role covers the full student funnel, from lead conversion and applications through admission, visa and enrolment. Openings are available in Noida, Nairobi and Casablanca.

Key responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on study opportunities across the listed countries.
• Assess student profiles, budgets, academic eligibility, language requirements and career goals.
• Handle the complete student funnel, from lead conversion and applications to admission, visa and enrolment.
• Maintain timely follow-ups by call, WhatsApp and email.
• Coordinate with application, documentation and visa teams so submissions are processed smoothly and on time.
• Achieve monthly and intake-wise enrolment targets while keeping accurate CRM records.
• Support students on financing, remittance and accommodation options.

Required profile

• 1-4 years of experience in B2C sales, inside sales, EdTech counselling or study abroad advisory.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Knowledge of European study destinations and public university systems is an advantage.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, counselling and persuasion skills.
• Strong follow-up, problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with CRM-based processes.
