About the role

ALTEN is seeking a Sub System Technical Leader (SSTL) specialized in wheels and tires to join its automotive development team in Rabat. The role involves leading technical activities related to the wheels and tires subsystem within automotive projects.

Required profile

Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
3 to 8 years of experience in automotive development
Experience in an OEM or Tier‑1 environment is a plus
English level B2 minimum (ability to lead meetings in an international environment)

Required skills

Strong knowledge of automotive engineering
Mechanics and plastics processing
Knowledge of wheels and tires (plus)
Proficiency with CATIA and PLM tools
Good understanding of QCDP requirements
