Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

As a Supply Chain Analyst at TE Connectivity, you will coordinate the flow of materials and information across suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers. You will monitor supplier performance, identify risks, and provide data‑driven insights to improve supply‑chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor supplier alerts, performance against capacity, and heat‑map risks; flag deviations and red‑risk tooling issues.
• Maintain supplier constraint visibility in tools such as GCM and track past‑due offenders.
• Support S&OP cycles with past‑due projections, risk outlooks, and consolidated supplier feedback.
• Prepare data inputs for capacity reviews, align cross‑functional teams, and track tooling timelines.
• Log and maintain supply constraints in planning systems (e.g., GCM, IBP) ensuring data accuracy.
• Drive automation of reporting dashboards and standardize supplier monitoring practices.
• Assist deployment of collaboration tools like SupplyOn and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, or operations.
• Experience with supplier performance management, capacity tracking, or materials planning.
• Exposure to S&OP/IBP processes and demand‑supply balancing.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with global teams.
