Supply Chain Operations Digitalisation Lead

About the role

The Supply Chain Operations Digitalisation Lead will define and execute the digitalisation roadmap for Lear's supply chain operations, ensuring technology solutions are scalable across plants and aligned with the overall Operations Digitalisation strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the SCO digitalisation roadmap, coordinating IT, digitalisation and automation teams.
• Lead the deployment of digital tools from business case development to go‑live, tracking KPIs, ROI and managing project risks.
• Scout emerging technologies such as AI and autonomous systems, pilot proof‑of‑concepts and ensure compliance with IATF, customer‑specific and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Engineer or Master’s degree in computer science, data engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital or IT transformation roles with a strong technical background.
• Proven ability to act as a full‑stack lead, translating SOW requirements into production‑grade applications.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of development on Foundry.
• Experience with AI, autonomous systems or related emerging technologies.
• Excellent English communication skills.
