Supply Chain Planner – Logistics & Distribution Support

About the role

TE Connectivity is looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join its Distribution & Logistics team. In this role you will help ensure the smooth flow of goods, services and information from origin to customer, supporting the company’s goal of a safer, more sustainable and connected world.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the end‑to‑end logistics network, coordinating with operations, purchasing and external suppliers.
• Develop and maintain integrated supply‑chain processes, focusing on continuous improvement of material movement.
• Create and monitor key performance indicators and benchmarks for planning and forecasting activities.
• Analyse demand and supply data to generate accurate forecasts and production plans.
• Collaborate across functional teams to resolve issues and meet delivery deadlines.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Results‑oriented, organised and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Knowledge of supply‑chain and master‑planning concepts.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
