Supply Chain Planning Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing supply planning operations to ensure that inventory levels meet production needs and prevent operational disruptions. This senior role requires strategic oversight of inventory accuracy, demand analysis, and continuous improvement of stocking parameters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement stocking parameters and supply planning methods across the department.
• Review distribution and demand history to analyze inventory levels for optimal procurement planning.
• Lead physical inventory count processes, verify results, and recommend variance adjustments.
• Coordinate corrective actions for inventory discrepancies with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Monitor inventory items to maintain optimal stock quantities for reliable production.
• Conduct continuous reviews of inventory levels and recommend updates to avoid excess stock.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management or related field.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or mid‑management role.
• Proficient in English; working knowledge of Arabic.
