Supply Chain Planning Professional (Material Planner)

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Planning Professional (Material Planner) to join OPmobility’s global supply chain team. The role ensures material availability, coordinates with suppliers and internal departments, and supports the company’s mission of sustainable mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain material and part inventories within defined ranges using the corporate MRP system.
• Control delivery plans, adjust released orders for unplanned requests, and negotiate supply schedules with vendors.
• Monitor ASN electronic shipment notifications, track critical deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and customs teams to address supplier issues and ensure accurate customs documentation.
• Record and manage supplier performance using the supplier rating system and propose corrective actions.
• Support extraordinary transport authorizations (AETC) and coordinate substitute supplies with the Entry Control Department.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MRP or similar inventory control systems.
• Experience in inventory management and supply chain planning.
• Familiarity with ASN electronic notifications and customs documentation processes.
