Supply Chain Quality Internship

About the role

Roche is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Quality Intern to join its Supply Chain & Quality department for a six‑month assignment. The role offers hands‑on experience in managing temperature‑sensitive product logistics, investigating claims, and supporting continuous improvement of cold‑chain compliance in a global healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and investigate temperature‑related claims across transport and storage operations.
• Prepare, program, and condition temperature loggers for heat‑sensitive and cold‑chain products.
• Log, process, and follow up on claims in the CRM system, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Logistics, Quality Assurance, Customer Service) and external partners (carriers, distributors) to analyse root causes.
• Monitor non‑conformity indicators and maintain dashboards for supply‑chain quality reporting.
• Support the development, evaluation, and revision of SOPs and operational workflows.
• Track and update supply‑chain quality performance metrics on a regular basis.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (or equivalent engineering/business degree) with a focus on Supply Chain, Quality Management, or Logistics.
• Interest in quality assurance, cold‑chain logistics, and customer claim management within an industrial or healthcare setting.
• Previous internship or work‑study experience in Supply Chain, Quality, or Logistics is a plus.
• Fluent in French and proficient in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Ability to work with databases and analyse data.
