Supply & Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Supply & Operations Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end direct order process for our agricultural biosolutions business. The role will act as the main point of contact for customers, logistics teams and factories, ensuring smooth order fulfilment and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle direct orders from internal and external partners, answering logistics and fulfilment queries.
• Configure optimal container loads, analyse pro‑forma invoices and calculate gross margin per order.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of customers, products and price books.
• Coordinate with logistics, factories and local customer care to track manufacturing and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and process logistics documentation and manage credit exposure for direct orders.
• Oversee inter‑company orders, collaborating with regional supply & operations managers on forecasting and S&OP.
• Liaise with commercial, regulatory, technical, marketing and labeling teams for country‑specific order requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or sales‑operations roles.
• Previous experience in order fulfilment or similar functions.
• Fluent English; Mandarin reading/writing a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team.
• Adaptability to European business culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience using Salesforce.com.
