Informazioni sul ruolo

Per rafforzare il nostro team IT, cerchiamo un/una Help Desk motivato/a e orientato/a al servizio, con sede a Casablanca.

Responsabilità principali

Fornire supporto tecnico di primo livello (hardware, software, reti)
Gestire e risolvere ticket tramite sistema di assistenza
Installare e configurare postazioni di lavoro (PC, stampanti, telefoni)
Supportare gli utenti da remoto e on-site
Documentare interventi e procedure

Profilo richiesto

Diploma o Laurea in Informatica o discipline affini
Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo (preferibile)
Conoscenza ambienti Windows, Microsoft 365 e strumenti di ticketing
Buone capacità comunicative e problem solving
Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello intermedio)
