SW Integrator Engineer - AUTOSAR Adaptive

About the role

ALTEN Delivery Center Morocco, a subsidiary of the global engineering and technology consulting group ALTEN, is hiring a SW Integrator engineer in Rabat. The role sits within an automotive project and focuses on integrating software components into an AUTOSAR Adaptive platform, working with development teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate software components into an existing AUTOSAR Adaptive system platform.
• Understand and verify CI/CD pipeline workflows.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and functionalities.
• Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain documentation for integration processes and system configurations.
• Support release processes by integrating software elements into a single release package.
• Analyze new technologies (software stacks, configurators), assess their impact on integration requirements and prepare feasibility studies or proof of concepts.
• Work closely with stakeholders to support requirements and adapt to changing project environments.

Required profile

• Master's degree (BAC+5) from an engineering school or university specializing in embedded systems.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Successful experience with low-level communication protocols CAN/LIN.
• Knowledge of automotive functionalities.
• Experience with software development for embedded systems and microcontrollers.

Required skills

• System and software engineering standards such as IEEE 12207 and ASPICE/VDA QMC.
• CI/CD, flashing and debugging (Trace32).
• Programming in C, C++ and Python.
• Tools: GitHub, Make/CMake, CANoe, AUTOSAR tooling (e.g. System Desk).
