Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Dutch) – Rabat

About the role

AXA Global Business Services is looking for a bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will support the recruitment team in delivering a smooth, high‑quality candidate experience. The role combines back‑office recruitment tasks with coordination of interviews, events and administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and structure job descriptions together with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Translate vacancy texts and communications in Dutch, French and English.
• Perform initial candidate screening, pre‑qualification and phone interviews.
• Manage interview scheduling, ATS administration and pre‑onboarding paperwork.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and databases, creating shortlists.
• Act as key user of the ATS, maintaining templates and data quality.
• Organise team meetings, purchase orders, invoice follow‑up and logistics for assessments and recruitment events.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills and keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and French, with good passive English.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Team‑player with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive, accurate and able to work independently.
• First experience in HR, recruitment, coordination or administrative support; event‑organisation experience is a plus.
