Talent Acquisition Lead – Morocco

About the role

The Adecco Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end‑to‑end recruitment across Morocco. You will own the full hiring lifecycle, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience that aligns with the company’s culture and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define workforce needs and recruitment strategies.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing campaigns using job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Manage the complete recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding for positions throughout Morocco.
• Write, post, and optimize job advertisements to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and analytics to stakeholders and senior management.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
• Monitor labor‑market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local employment regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in the Moroccan market.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional and international teams.
• Fluent French (spoken and written, level C+) and strong English communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation, networking, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
