Talent Casting Coordinator (French & English) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Casting Coordinator who lives and breathes social media to join our fully remote, four‑person casting team. You will work closely with a Senior Casting Coordinator and report directly to management, helping brands connect with emerging creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily research on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube to discover and evaluate emerging creators.
• Maintain a curated pool of talent that matches audience, engagement, and campaign criteria.
• Reach out to creators and talent managers via email and other channels, presenting campaign opportunities professionally.
• Lead video consultations, guide creators through onboarding, and negotiate fees, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms.
• Track production milestones, coordinate with internal teams, and proactively resolve any delays.

Required profile

• Proven experience in casting, influencer marketing, creator outreach, or digital content production.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal communication and confidence conducting video calls.
• Comfortable negotiating commercial rates and terms.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple creators and timelines simultaneously.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of the Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube creator ecosystems.
