Talent Recruiter (Remote, Bilingual English/French)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Recruiter to join our growing, fully remote team. The role is full‑time and long‑term, focusing on attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent across multiple departments. Fluency in English and French is essential to support our bilingual workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute recruitment strategies and pipelines for all departments.
• Post job advertisements, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for a variety of roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to create accurate job profiles and understand hiring needs.
• Maintain and improve end‑to‑end recruitment processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Proactively source high‑potential candidates and build talent pools.
• Provide regular hiring updates and KPI reports to senior leadership.
• Scale the recruitment function by building and managing a recruitment team when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, with full‑cycle or leadership exposure preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
• Highly organized, autonomous, and results‑driven.
• Reliable computer setup with webcam, headset, and a quiet dedicated workspace.
