Tax Coordinator Specialist – French Mobility (Morocco)

About the role

We are expanding our Morocco office and looking for a Tax Coordinator Specialist to support French‑tax compliance for employees on international assignments. You will join a young, cross‑border mobility team, receive daily support and training from senior colleagues in Vialto France and other offices, and assist renowned clients throughout the assignment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop mobility packages and cost estimates in line with client policies at assignment start.
• Update mobility packages during assignments and ensure correct payroll implementation.
• Manage administrative aspects such as mobility amendments, legal formalities, immigration, secondment declarations, social security, taxation and payroll coordination.
• Coordinate with Vialto Partners and expertise centres for immigration, social security and tax services.
• Analyse daily legal formalities for short‑term mobility (up to 300 employees, ~1,000 missions per year) using internal tools.
• Inform expertise centres of services to be launched for short‑ and long‑term missions and monitor compliance with client KPIs.
• Maintain the Vialto Partners database and ensure worldwide service reporting.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
