Team Lead - Bancassurance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead to head our Bancassurance division. In this senior position you will combine people leadership with hands‑on sales expertise to drive growth, ensure compliance and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive the overall bancassurance sales performance of the assigned team, setting clear targets and monitoring KPIs.
• Increase productivity, participation rates and conversion ratios through disciplined execution.
• Provide hands‑on support in complex client engagements to maximise closure rates.
• Coach, mentor and develop Bancassurance Specialists, conducting regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
• Foster a high‑performance, results‑driven sales culture built on teamwork and accountability.
• Own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and skill development.
• Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training initiatives to continuously uplift capabilities.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards and promote a strong compliance culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales teams in the financial services or bancassurance sector.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong understanding of bancassurance products, regulations and market dynamics.
• Excellent coaching and people‑development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast‑changing environment.
