Team Leader Customer Service – Location Management

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Team Leader for Customer Service Location to manage and supervise the customer service unit in Casablanca. The role focuses on improving service delivery, ensuring governance compliance, and coordinating logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Customer Service organization unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and drive service delivery enhancements.
• Lead direct reports, define objectives, monitor performance, and support professional development.
• Oversee day‑to‑day customer service activities, coordination with ADC, production facilities, third‑party logistics, and inventory accuracy.
• Execute emergency measures for missing finished goods and handle non‑compliance by external logistics providers.
• Create yearly planning of structure and logistics cost budget for delivery centers and implement actions to meet cost targets.

Required profile

• Engineering degree specializing in Industrial Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain or a similar domain.

Required skills

• Fluent spoken and written French.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
