About the role
Lead the Operations Quality unit at LEONI in Agadir, overseeing quality processes and ensuring compliance with standards in the automotive wiring sector.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the Operations Quality organization according to defined objectives and KPIs.
- Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and proper process execution.
- Lead direct reports, defining objectives, tasks, and responsibilities.
- Plan regular team activities to cover all stages and respond to requests.
- Identify training and development needs, support professional growth, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Propose and apply measures to improve team performance, flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, and change management.
Required profile
- Engineer degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality, or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
