Team Manager – OTC France Market (On-site)

About the role

The Team Manager for the OTC France market will lead multiple operational teams—including Billing, Contract Management, Dispute Management, Master Data, and Cash Collection—to ensure high‑quality service delivery and continuous improvement. This hands‑on position requires deep process knowledge, strong decision‑making, and the ability to foster a collaborative environment across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by monitoring and meeting SLAs, targets, and performance outlooks.
• Facilitate clear communication with Operations managers, Regional Track leads, and other stakeholders on business goals, strategic initiatives, and team performance.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to become autonomous decision‑makers.
• Manage escalation processes, providing accurate guidance on process application.
• Analyze issues, recommend solutions, and implement risk‑mitigation actions.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in Order‑to‑Cash or related finance operations.
• Proven leadership ability with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and capacity to make decisions that impact revenue and client satisfaction.
• Resilience under pressure and adaptability to changing work demands.

Required skills

• Fluency in French and English.
