Novancy Consulting, a leading IT staffing and talent acquisition firm, is expanding its recruitment team in Casablanca. We are looking for a Junior Tech Recruiter to support our clients in the technology and digital transformation sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and evaluating candidates for a variety of technical roles, ranging from software developers to infrastructure specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter), professional networks, and other channels to identify qualified candidates.
- Job Advertising: Craft and post compelling job advertisements to attract top talent.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and language proficiency.
- Documentation: Record candidate evaluations and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included).
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with ATS is a bonus.
