We are expanding our recruitment team and are looking for a Junior Tech Recruiter to support our clients in the technology and digital transformation sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles, ranging from software developers to infrastructure specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms such as LinkedIn, professional networks, and other channels to identify qualified candidates. Craft and post compelling job advertisements to attract top talent. Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
• Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and language proficiency. Assess candidates’ alignment with job requirements and cultural fit. Document candidate evaluations and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines. Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included). Preference for candidates with a good understanding of technology-related fields.
• Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques is a must (an advanced level is a plus).
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
