    The current opening is for a Junior Tech Recruiter (also referred to as a Technical Recruiter in English). The role is designed for recent graduates or individuals with up to six months of experience in recruitment, specifically within the technology domain. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and demonstrate fluency in both French and English, both written and spoken.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Sourcing: Identifying and engaging potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels.
    • Screening: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone or video interviews, and assessing candidates’ technical and soft skills.
    • Communication: Maintaining clear, professional communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
    • Research: Staying updated on industry trends, market rates, and competitor hiring strategies to attract top talent.
    • MS Office Suite: Utilizing Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for candidate tracking, reporting, and presentation preparation.
    • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Managing candidate data, workflow, and compliance within the company’s ATS platform.
    • Technology Knowledge: Understanding core IT concepts, programming languages, and industry-specific requirements to assess candidate fit accurately.
    • Bilingual Proficiency: Conducting interviews and negotiations in both French and English to accommodate diverse client and candidate needs.

    The role operates under a Hybrid working model, combining remote and on‑site collaboration to support both internal teams and external clients.
